Lunch - Grilled chicken in a pesto sauce/Egg Salad with half a slice of wheat/Plate full of string beans

Dinner -2 Tyson Chicken Breast

Snacks: Garlic Peanuts

Dessert - 2 chocolate chip cookies

Water: 2L

Breakfast:1 Tyson Chicken Breast

Lunch: 3 slices of turkey with swiss and lettuce/Bree with sun dried tomatoes, lettuce, and a piece of bread.

Dinner: Calamari/Caesar side salad/Stuft Chicken Marsala/Piece of garlic bread

Snacks: 5 almonds

Dessert: 2.5chocolate chip cookies (Lunch)/Small slice of chocolate cake and Spanish Bread(Dinner)

Water: 1.25 gallon

Breakfast:1 Tyson Chicken Breast

Lunch: Greek Salad w/ Gryo from Baladie Gourmet Cafe/1/4 of a pita/Pure American Kiwi Strawberry vitamin enhanced water beverage (Generic Vitamin Water)

Dinner: Deep-fried Tilapia. 1 Tyson Chicken Breast.

Snacks: 5 almonds/Wheat Thins Tomato Basil.

Dessert: None

Water:          4.5L (approx. 1.18 gallons)

Breakfast: Those Hors d'oeuvre wraps available at costco. Basically turkey, lettuce, tomato and swiss cheese in a wrap. I had 3 pieces.

Lunch: Mixt Cobb Salad from http://www.mixtgreens.com.

Dinner: Deep-fried talapia in a tomato and egg based soup. "Fresh" fish and deep frying courtesy of http://www.99ranch.com/.

Snack: 12 or so almonds. Handful of Wheat Thins Tomato Basil

Dessert: 1/4 quarter of a FatWitch brownie http://www.fatwitch.com.

Water: 3/4gallon
